Engineered Performance Technologies Completes the Acquisition of the PRL Motorsports and GrimmSpeed Businesses from APG

December 12, 2025 (Sycamore, IL) — Engineered Performance Technologies (EPT) announced that it has completed the acquisition of the PRL Motorsports and GrimmSpeed businesses from the Aftermarket Performance Group (APG). The PRL Motorsports business, which is headquartered in Export, PA is a leader in providing highly engineered performance solutions for the Honda marketplace. The PRL business is committed to providing proven, emission compliant hard part upgrades to the Honda enthusiast and to pushing the limits of what’s possible. The GrimmSpeed business, which is also headquartered in Export, PA is a leader in providing performance hard parts and accessories for the Subaru performance marketplace. The GrimmSpeed business is committed to delivering innovative solutions and customer support that make the enthusiast driving experience more fun.
