Mr. Alcott has over 29 years of progressive financial control experience focused primarily in the automotive market. He began his career at Elco Industries and then moved to SKF AB where he spent 14 years ultimately serving as the vice president of finance for its Chicago Rawhide division. Mr. Alcott left SKF to join United Plastics Group as its vice president of finance where he served on acquisition and integration teams that successfully completed five transactions. Mr. Alcott joined Auto Meter in 2004. Mr. Alcott is a graduate of Northern Illinois University where he received both his BS in Accounting and his MBA. Mr. Alcott is both a CMA and a CPA and has extensive knowledge in manufacturing cost systems, ERP systems, IT systems, banking relationships, cash flow management, and acquisition integration.
