Mr. Armstrong has over 10 years of experience working with niche customers, implementing process improvement with software systems, and building motivated teams. He began his career at the Linbeck Group in Houston, TX helping manage projects $80MM+ for high touch clients in the healthcare, cultural, and educational fields. At CSI Construction in Denver, CO, Mr. Armstrong worked with custom home buyers to build their dream homes. There, he implemented a software system to track owner selections that were immediately shared with subcontractors to improve communication and reduce change orders. At COBB Tuning, Mr. Armstrong implemented Zendesk to track and report customer issues for website and product improvements, facilitated an industry leading MAP Enforcement Program using eBay VERO, Amazon Infringement Reporting, and other online shopping tools, and has helped transition the engineering team to an Agile Development methodology by configuring Jira and implementing Scrum teams and process. He has received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder and loves racing, wrenching, biking, hiking, snowboarding, wake surfing, and hanging out with his dogs, Waffle and Fiona.
